AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Grosvenor Casino Bolton's facilities, services, and games (collectively "Casino Operations"). By entering the premises or using any aspect of the Casino Operations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

CASH AND CARD TRANSACTIONSAll cash and card transactions are subject to verification and authorization by us. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion.
GAME RULESWe may offer various games as part of the Casino Operations, each with its own rules and terms. By playing these games, you agree to be bound by their respective rules and terms, which can be found on request from staff or displayed in a prominent location near the relevant game station.
PERSONAL PROPERTIESYou are responsible for your personal properties and any damage caused thereto while using the Casino Operations. We accept no liability for loss of property unless such loss is directly attributable to our negligence.
SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCEWe reserve the right to install, use, and disclose CCTV footage as necessary in accordance with applicable law. You acknowledge that your movements and activities on premises may be recorded and monitored at all times.
ACCESS RESTRICTIONSWe reserve the right to limit or deny access to the Casino Operations for any reason whatsoever. If we determine that you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances, we may refuse admission.
GAMING LIMITS AND EXCLUSION POLICYIf we have reason to believe you may be at risk of experiencing problem gambling, we reserve the right to impose gaming limits on your account or exclude you from participating in certain games or promotions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively by English courts.
WAIVER OF LIABILITYBy entering the premises, you acknowledge that we accept no liability for loss or damage resulting from unforeseen events beyond our control, except where such is caused directly by our negligence.
ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese Terms represent the entire agreement between us and you with respect to your use of the Casino Operations, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, oral or written.

By entering this casino or using any part of its operations, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAY.
